How to Prepare For Your Session:
Before your Session:
Start hydrating 24 hours in advance. Your body has a much better capacity to heal when well hydrated. You can bring water with you, and EB&W will also have water available.
Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for your sessions. You may want to bring a blanket in the event that you get chilly.
We recommend that you have a light snack before your session. You don’t want to be hungry, but you also don’t want your body to be focused on digesting a big meal.
Street shoes and bare feet aren’t allowed in the energy room. Please bring a pair of comfortable socks or slippers.
Sessions are booked on the hour. One hour sessions are a great opportunity for relaxation. Two hour sessions or longer are recommended to start your body on its healing journey.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session or earlier if it’s your first time. Free parking allows for easy access to our first floor suite.
Lights will be dim, but you can bring a sleep mask if you’d like complete darkness.
Relaxing music will be playing during the session. If you prefer silence please bring noise canceling headphones or ear plugs.
Please be courteous to other guests by remaining quiet upon entering the energy room as staff will get you settled as smoothly as possible.
Please refrain from heavy perfumes or oils as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.
During your Session:
Enlightened Body and Wellness utilizes a powerful 24-unit Energy Enhancement System and can accommodate up to 14 guests each hour. Scalar waves are non-directional and fill the entire room regardless of its size. The energy field is enhanced by the collective energy of the people who are sharing the space.
Your body will reach an optimal healing state when fully relaxed. Do your best to calm your body—that means staying away from your phones while in your session. Light naps and meditation are ideal.
Guests are asked to keep their cell phones at the reception desk on silent with all alarms turned off.
Food isn’t allowed in the energy room. EB&W will provide spring water for our guests. Snacks are allowed in the waiting area.
For those who bring blankets and personal items into the energy room, please use a soft bag that doesn’t make noise when retrieving your items.
You can use the restroom as often as needed during the session.
Chairs are cleaned and sanitized between sessions.
After your Session:
You’ll likely feel calm, rested and rejuvenated after your session. Continue to drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out of your system.
Many guests find the sessions deeply relaxing and feel very peaceful during and following an EE Session. Others may experience detoxification symptoms, including a dull headache, brain fog, or some body aches. These symptoms are typically temporary and in time, your sessions will become more rejuvenating.
A natural salt bath is highly recommended after each session to help with the detoxification and healing process. Special salt blends are available for sale at the center.
